Modern design, sustainable choices and efficient systems aren’t trends to him; they’re tools for creating spaces that feel right and last.
Budgets and timelines matter. Trust and craftsmanship matter just as much.
Artem holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and is a PHIUS Certified Passive House Builder, bringing both clarity and high-performance building expertise to every project.
What drives him most is simple: building spaces that reflect real lives and real goals, places made with intention and built as if they were his own.
